  My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Lugean Hogan and the Star Team. At the time of our home search we were living in the Asheville area, so it was a “long distance” process and could have been fairly stressful. Instead it turned out to be a breeze. Lugean has the ability to get a “feel” for what her clients want in a home and that made our search much more focused and efficient. When we found the home we were looking for it was a situation where we had to move very fast. Lugean was more than happy to facilitate the process, even working after office hours to make things happen. All in all we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Lugean Hogan and the Star Team to anyone looking for their perfect new home. The homemade sourdough cinnamon rolls are great too! Kurt and Mary Brendstrup

  Hi Deborah, So sorry you weren't aware we didn't have a pool. Had I known this was a concern, I would have been happy to arrange a swim in one of our neighborhood motel pools, Or we would have been happy to help you get accommodations at a place that has a pool. If you're not happy, we're not happy. Hope this helps. Thanks for staying with us!

  Cool place very nice porch area where you can hang out outside the room. Friendly staff and chill place. Dockside parking is definitely a huge plus as well.

  I never dreamed that I could own a house. My credit wasn't as good as I would like. One day, I took the chance and called Cannon and Gruber for some assistance with buying a home. I've rented for the past 7 years... so much money gone... I spoke with the receptionist Valerie (super nice) and she directed me to wonderful realtor, Rosemary Green. I talked to Rosemary about my credit concerns and eligibility in buying a home. She directed me to a top notch broker. I completed all the preliminary paperwork and received a call to start looking for my home. I called Rosemary and she immediately started looking for a home for me. I received emails of homes and calls. If there was a home to see, Rosemary was immediately making arrangements to see it. Rosemary was very supportive, solved immediate problems, encouraging and most of all very sincere and genuinely cared about my interests. Rosemary is an exceptional realtor without a doubt. I bought my home a month ago and LOVE it. I cannot Thank all the people at Cannon and Gruber enough for helping me every step of the way. Thank you so much Valerie and Rosemary. PS: I've planted a garden, hung pictures and planted flowers because I own my home now...... Humbly Thankful.
