  I never dreamed that I could own a house. My credit wasn't as good as I would like. One day, I took the chance and called Cannon and Gruber for some assistance with buying a home. I've rented for the past 7 years... so much money gone... I spoke with the receptionist Valerie (super nice) and she directed me to wonderful realtor, Rosemary Green. I talked to Rosemary about my credit concerns and eligibility in buying a home. She directed me to a top notch broker. I completed all the preliminary paperwork and received a call to start looking for my home. I called Rosemary and she immediately started looking for a home for me. I received emails of homes and calls. If there was a home to see, Rosemary was immediately making arrangements to see it. Rosemary was very supportive, solved immediate problems, encouraging and most of all very sincere and genuinely cared about my interests. Rosemary is an exceptional realtor without a doubt. I bought my home a month ago and LOVE it. I cannot Thank all the people at Cannon and Gruber enough for helping me every step of the way. Thank you so much Valerie and Rosemary. PS: I've planted a garden, hung pictures and planted flowers because I own my home now...... Humbly Thankful.

  Leased a vacation rental that was filthy. Spoke with Cannon Gruber rep. about not wanting to rent a dirty place and asked her to help us. She told me that the place we were leasing was really nice. Big mistake believing her.
